Waitrose is offering customers price reductions across thousands of products during January to help ease the ongoing cost-of-living crisis.
The grocer launched its âGreat Saving Eventâ on Thursday, offering up to 50% off on cupboard staples such as toothpaste, chopped tomatoes and tea bags, a third off selected meat and proteins, and 25% off items such as mayonnaise and dishwasher tablets, until January 24.
The retailer is also offering 2-for-ÂŁ8 multi-buy promotions across a selected range of poultry, meat and fish, and up to a third off vegan products, as well as its usual MyWaitrose Offers for members.
Waitrose recently launched its second wave of Super Saver Recipes, which include 12 new recipes that cost less than ÂŁ2 a portion, developed by executive chef Martyn Lee.
Leyla Page, commercial planner at Waitrose, said: âWeâre helping customers tick off their shopping list for less this January with some great offers across a whole range of products, from chicken and mince to canned tomatoes, laundry detergent, tea and toothpaste.
âWith the cost-of-living crisis, we know customers are keener than ever to find a good deal. Thatâs why we introduced âWaitrose Ways to Spend Lessâ, highlighting value-for-money deals that customers can take advantage of all year round.â
