Convenience store specialist Nisa has appointed a new head of partnerships in a bid to drive innovation within its strategic partner base.

Paul Webster has joined Nisa from global food and beverage company PepsiCo, and previously held several senior roles, most recently as sales director for Sainsbury’s and upmarket grocer Waitrose.
Nisa said Webster’s role will be to “drive growth within [its] corporate partners” and will report into the c-store retailer’s director of sales and retail Katie Secretan.
Webster said: “The opportunity to contribute to the growth of a business that is so deeply rooted in supporting and growing its corporate partners and independent retailers is incredibly motivating, and I’m looking forward to joining a team that is at an important and exciting part of its growth journey.”
This appointment is the latest in a series of new hires in Nisa’s sales and retail leadership team, with Webster joining new head of retail Taranjit Singh Dhillon, new head of business development Ian King, new head of sales engagement Lauren Brogden and Joy McAleese who is the new head of wholesale.
