Asda launches new apprenticeship programme
Supermarket giant Asda has today (October 21) launched Asda Roots – a new apprenticeship programme to give young people a route to permanent employment.
The retailer said it is piloting the new apprenticeship programme, with Asda Roots initially offering 16 young people a full-time job with the business, combined with training and a recognised qualification.
