Miniso is ramping up expansion in the UK

Miniso’s new store on London’s famous shopping street will be its 23rd and its largest store in the UK, covering 3,200 sq ft.

The news comes after the retailer opened its smallest-ever store concept in the UK on Shaftesbury Avenue in London’s Chinatown last month.

Miniso, which sells affordable lifestyle products, toys and accessories, has around 5,791 stores in more than 100 countries. It has rapidly grown its store estate in the UK over the past year as it builds demand for the brand.

Saad Usman, chief operating officer for Miniso UK, said: “Opening Miniso’s doors on Oxford Street is not only a landmark moment as Miniso’s biggest store to date in the UK, but it also becomes our 23rd store nationwide.

“This new store, nestled in the heart of London’s most famous shopping street, signifies our continued growth and commitment to bringing joy to everyone.”
