Five fashion retailers have signed up to the new extension at St David’s shopping centre in Cardiff, which opens on October 22.
LK Bennett (pictured) is to open one of its new format stores, with a 2,290 sq ft space. All four of Aurora’s brands – Karen Millen, Oasis, Warehouse and Coast – are also taking stores in the centre.
The scheme is presently 64% let or in solicitors’ hands.
St David’s Partnership is a joint venture between Capital Shopping Centres and Land Securities.
