Customers can receive product recommendations as well as pick out pieces they like with an in-store personal stylist

The in-store offer is free to shoppers and will be available only at the retailer’s newly revamped 333 Oxford Street flagship from September.

Sessions with the stylist are bookable online and take place in separate fitting rooms within the store.

Customers will be able to walk around the shopfloor with a stylist, picking out pieces they like, as well as receive product recommendations.

The in-store personal styling builds on Zara’s existing AI-stylist, which is available online and allows customers to digitally try on clothing in their own setting.

The new service is part of the elevated shopping experience Zara is providing in its recently refurbished Bond Street flagship.

The store, which was closed for five months, reopened today (June 4) and brings together the brand’s women’s, men’s, and kids’ collections in a new setting.

It is the latest evolution of the brand’s global flagship store concept, featuring a renewed image and new display area to enhance the presentation of its collections and strengthen the connection between the customer and the product.
