Zalando has teamed up with Vestiaire Collective to bring the platform’s assortment of second-hand luxury fashion to millions of its customers.

The partnership is live in 14 European markets where the ecommerce giant’s pre-owned category is available.
Vestiaire Collective is bringing products from more than 50 designer brands, which have not been previously available on Zalando, across ready-to-wear, footwear, handbags and accessories.
All items have been physically authenticated by Vestiaire Collective and customers have a 30-day return window, with items going through re-verification before going back online.
Zalando said the tie-up opens up the pre-owned category to its Partner Programme for the first time and elevates the second-hand shopping experience for its customers.
The online retailer reported that in 2025, around 62% of its pre-owned assortment sold within the first seven days of being listed.
Zalando director of pre-owned Alice Marshall said: “We are thrilled to launch this authenticated luxury assortment with Vestiaire Collective as our first pre-owned partner.
“Demand for high-quality pre-owned fashion keeps growing. By adding authenticated luxury to the mix and pairing it with Zalando’s unmatched convenience, we aim to encourage even more customers to explore second-hand shopping.”
Vestiaire Collective chief product officer Thomas Hezard added: “We are excited to partner with Zalando to continue democratising authenticated pre-owned luxury for millions of customers across Europe.
“This partnership opens the door for a new generation of customers to discover and engage with luxury fashion through pre-owned, meeting them where they already shop.
“It reflects a shared ambition to make circular luxury more visible, more relevant, and more appealing to a wider and younger audience.”
