Uniqlo opened a new store in Liverpool earlier this year

The fashion retailer will open its new Birmingham Bullring store on October 16, showcasing its full range of women’s, men’s, kids and baby apparel across three floors and 11,840 sq ft of trading space.

It will also open a two-storey outlet in Bristol’s Cabot Circus and a space along Leeds’ busy shopping street of Briggate next year.

The new stores follow the brand’s opening in Liverpool earlier this year. It currently has 21 shops in the UK, 19 of which are in London.

Uniqlo UK chief operating officer Alessandro Dudech said: “Uniqlo remains committed to strengthening its presence within the UK retail sector by expanding both our physical store network and ecommerce capabilities nationwide.

“As part of this strategic initiative, we look forward to introducing Uniqlo to the communities and visitors in the north of England, at the new Leeds location and simultaneously reaching customers in the South West in Bristol’s Cabot Circus, and offering our LifeWear collection, apparel crafted to endure, inspired by the Japanese principles of quality, simplicity, and functionality to a broader customer base.”
