Topshop is working with retail property advisers as the fashion brand looks to expand its bricks-and-mortar network, Retail Week can reveal.

The retailer is understood to have enlisted Vedra Group to consult on mapping out a physical retail portfolio, a source close to the matter said.
A person familiar with the matter said it was unclear whether Topshop is working with advisers to explore more shop-in-shop opportunities or if it is putting feelers out to open its own stores.
Managing director Michelle Wilson told BBC News last year that standalone Topshop stores would return to the high street, but the brand has given no indication on when this will be.
Topshop returned to physical retail at the start of the year through concessions inside 32 John Lewis stores across the UK.
John Lewis managing director Peter Ruis said in March that the brandâs collection had performed âwell ahead of expectationsâ.
He said: âWe launched with the first tranche of product in mid-February, and weâve more or less sold out of the majority of the lines.
âTogether with Topshop, weâre running fast to pull in more stock. Customers are loving it, and itâs been particularly interesting regionally â youâve seen a real push in places like Newcastle, Manchester and Edinburgh as customers have had access to it. So, huge success, ahead of budget â we need to get more stock in.â
The fashion retailer has been on a giant comeback campaign since Asos sold a 75% stake in the business to Bestseller holding company Heartland in September 2024.
