The City’s verdict after ABF mulls potential Primark decoupling
After Primark-owner Associated British Foods made the shock announcement this morning that it was weighing up spinning off Primark, Retail Week judges the City’s verdict.
ABF shares are down by 1.71% at the time of writing since ABF said, as part of the group’s full-year results, that it had launched a strategic review into the possibility of splitting Primark away from its food arm.
