Hugo Boss chair steps down following Frasers Group ‘discussions’
Hugo Boss chair Stephan Sturm has stepped down following discussions with Frasers Group, now the brand’s biggest shareholder.
Frasers Group said earlier this month that it would be reviewing whether to continue supporting Sturm following a row over dividend payments.
