Music and lifestyle brand Hed Kandi has confirmed its first move into retail with a store opening in the Bluewater shopping centre in August.
Former La Senza boss Rose Foster has joined the brand as managing director to roll out retail stores. The first shop will open in conjunction with a transactional website.
Foster said: “We are very excited and looking forward to launching our first store and transactional website. Hed Kandi Fashion is an exciting and unique fashion concept, offering glamorous designer-style yet affordable clothing and accessories.”
The store, which could be the first of several, was opened after a successful fashion collaboration with the Arcadia Group’s womenswear retailer Miss Selfridge last year.
The collection will include party wear and accessories with prices ranging between £40 for basics going up to £175.
