Canadian fashion brand Garage has confirmed the opening date of its first brick-and-mortar store in the UK.

The cult favourite will open the doors to its flagship store at 321 Oxford Street West on March 27.

Consumers will be able to shop the brand’s signature mix of “off-duty essentials” and active lifestyle pieces across its five colourways.

To celebrate the opening, Garage said it will be creating a memorable, community-driven moment that “reflects the brand’s undeniable culture-first approach and deep connection with its customer”.

Chief executive Andrew Lutfy said: “Opening on Oxford Street is a defining moment for Garage.

“London is a global fashion capital and this new signature location marks an important step in our international growth — expanding our presence and deepening our connection with customers in a city that shapes culture and style.”

The retailer is set to open its second UK location in the Bluewater shopping centre in Kent in the coming weeks.

Garage launched its ecommerce site for the UK market last month, with shipping available across the country.
