Ben Sherman stores are returning to “the coolest high streets in the country”

The new 1,038 sq ft pop-up store will open in Coal Drops Yard in Kings Cross on March 28, stocking the brand’s Signature and B by Ben Sherman collections as well as the brand’s “limited-edition capsule collaborations”.

The pop-up is the brand’s first step towards coming back to the UK high street, after its parent company Marquee Brands signed a multi-year licensing deal with American company BSI Apparel last year.

BSI and Marquee Brands will now focus on a “strategic roll-out”, bringing Ben Sherman stores back to high streets and wholesale channels. Flagship store openings are set to follow “across the country, bringing new jobs and the brand’s contemporary collections to major cities throughout the year”.

Tim Reid, executive vice president of fashion & lifestyle at Marquee Brands, said: “It’s time for Ben Sherman to be back on the coolest high streets in the country. Ben Sherman recently celebrated 60 years of an incredible legacy, ending last year with notable limited-edition collaborations in partnership with Rolling Stone magazine and John Lennon.

“We look forward to positive brand expansion as we open new stores. As we head into our Year of Sport and the upcoming Olympics, visitors to the store will be the first to shop the latest collections and forthcoming collaborations.”
