Asos names new non-executive to head up sustainability push
Online fashion giant Asos has named Anna Maria Rugarli as its new non-executive director and chair of its ESG Committee.
Rugarli, who joined the board today, is currently a board member at Prada and Japan Tobacco International and has previously held senior roles at retailers including Nike and VF Corporation.
