Several key fashion retailers are on the verge of signing up to a new designer outlet in Wembley.

Nike, Superdry, Skechers, Reiss, Armani, Guess and LK Bennett are all believed to be set to sign up to the north-west London development created by property firm Quintain Estates.

The Independent on Sunday reported that Gap and M&S have already signed up to Quintain’s London Designer Outlet. The development is part of a regeneration project in the Wembley Stadium and Arena area.

The outlet, due to open by the end of 2013, is part of the Wembley City development which will include 85 shops, a Cineworld cinema and 15 restaurants and cafés.
