More than 100 speakers from around the world, including leaders from Alibaba, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Adidas, Levi’s and Shopify, will take to the virtual stage throughout this week at our new digital event.

 

Retail Connected, organised by World Retail Congress, Retail Week, Retail Week Live and Be Inspired, kicks off this afternoon as five days of creative content swing into action. 

The packed programme has been designed to bring challenging ideas, invaluable insight, inspiration and a future vision that will help you and your business emerge stronger from the coronavirus crisis. 

The sector has been reshaped and reset by the events of 2020, but so have consumers. It is critical that retailers learn vital lessons from the events of the past year in order to instil the focus, strategy and dynamic organisation that the new consumer landscape will demand of them in 2021 and beyond. 

Retail Connected has been created to help all retailers around the world seize those opportunities, and understand and embrace the realities of accelerated change. 

It will connect retailers from all corners of the globe, from all sectors and from leadership teams to frontline employees.

The five-day, livestreamed event kicks off today and lasts all week, with content starting from 1pm GMT each day. Registration is free. 

Among those on the agenda this afternoon are Mars global chief digital officer Sandeep Dadlani and Ingka Group’s retail operations manager Tolga Öncü.
