The joint select committee probes into the sale of beleaguered department store chain BHS and its collapse get under way today.

The Business, Innovation and Skills Committee and the Work and Pensions Committee will investigate the circumstances surrounding BHS’s acquisition and how it came to plunge into administration just over a year after Sir Philip Green sold the business to Retail Acquisitions.

Retail Week takes a look at who is being called to give evidence to the committees and when they will be appearing.
