Formal shirt retailer Charles Tyrwhitt is to relocate its store on Jermyn Street in London’s West End as part of a series of property deals in the capital.

It has signed for a 4,150 sq ft store at the corner of Jermyn Street and Duke of York Street, in a building which is being redeveloped by IVG and Gracemark.

Once the work is completed IVG will take full ownership of the building.

Charles Tyrwhitt has also signed for two further stores in London. It has taken units on Lime Street close to Leadenhall Market and Canada Place at Canary Wharf. The Lime Street store will open at the end of April and the Canary Wharf store in July.

The joint partnership is being represented by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan. Cushman & Wakefield advised Charles Tyrwhitt.
