Hugo Boss will take a 3,000 sq ft (280 sq m) unit at St Andrewâs Arcade, Ted Baker will take a 6,000 sq ft (555 sq m) shop next door and Links of London will take a 1,600 sq ft (150 sq m) outlet at the St Andrewâs Street entrance.
Grosvenor head of retail leasing Neil Barber said: âHugo Boss, Ted Baker and Links are great examples of the high calibre of retailers eager to get into the Grand Arcade, because of the powerful opportunity it offers them. We have a number of additional deals in solicitorsâ hands, on which we expect to complete soon.â
The centre, by the Grand Arcade Partnership, a joint venture between Grosvenor and Universities Superannuation Scheme, is anchored by John Lewis.
