Bolton’s Victoria Plaza development has secured four additional tenants.

The new tenants are mobile phone operator O2, sports clothing and equipment retailer Sports Direct, optician Optical Express and coffee retailer Costa Coffee.

The retailers have signed for a total of 41,695 sq ft (3,875 sq m) of space at the centre on Bolton’s Oxford Street.

The deals follow a£1.5 million refurbishment of the centre, which began last year.

Invista was represented by Reid Rose Gregory, Capa acted for Optical Express and Costa was advised by Legat Owen.
