Handbag and accessories retailer Ollie & Nic has opened its first outlet store in Gloucester.
Ollie & Nic, which has seven stores in locations including Westfield Stratford, Cardiff, Brighton and Glasgow, has taken a 5 year lease at Gloucester Quays Outlet. It opened the store earlier this month.
Ollie & Nic managing director Mark Vandenberghe said: “Since we launched in 2003 we have expanded our handbag and accessories business through our own stores and through concessions and now was the right time to develop the outlet strand of our business. Gloucester Quays is a growing destination and we’re pleased to be part of that growth.”
Gloucester Quays Outlet is owned by The Peel Group and compromises60 retail brands offering up to 70% off recommended retail prices.
Peel Outlets leasing director Adrian Wright expects the centre’s footfall to rise to about 4 million per annum by the end of 2014.
