Marks & Spencer, Boots, Halfords and Laura Ashley are tenants
Halladale Group and the Anglo Irish UK Property Fund have paid£21.4 million for the Sunbury Cross shopping centre at Sunbury on Thames, southwest London. The scheme is the principal shopping centre in Sunbury, an area where the local economy is expected to gain from the completion of the nearby Heathrow Terminal 5.

The mixed-use site includes 57,450 sq ft (5,340 sq m) of retail space, anchored by Marks & Spencer. Additional retailers include Boots, Halfords, Blockbuster and Laura Ashley. The site also features the 12-storey Chubb Tower office building. The price reflects a net initial yield of 7.69 per cent.

Strutt & Parker acted for Halladale. The vendor, Brookridge Properties, was advised by Jones Lang LaSalle.
