The Estée Lauder Companies is a publicly traded, family-controlled company founded in 1946. It is run by chief executive Fabrizio Freda who plans to retire in 2025, with Stéphane de La Faverie set to join as CEO from 1 January 2025. Sue Fox is set to retire at the end of 2024, with senior vice president global marketing planning and transformation lead Pernilla Nyberg assuming the role from 1 January 2025.
