Former Oasis and Warehouse CEO Hash Ladha was named as new Jigsaw CEO from early-November 2023, as Beth Butterwick steps down after more than three years at the helm. The retailer said Ladha will continue to build on Butterwick’s work as the company continues to prioritise “delivering a compelling offer to customers amid a challenging climate for fashion retailers”. Under Butterwick, Jigsaw had been undergoing a transformation into a digital-first business focusing on its core, higher margin womenswear and accessory categories in the UK.
