Co-founders Christiaan Ashworth and John Parker have been succeeded as CEO by Parker Gundersen from the second half of 2022 after private equity group Carlyle took a majority stake the year before. The founders remain “in key positions on the board”, with Ashworth taking on the role of vice chairman.
