Debenhams boss Dan Finley was named as Boohoo Group CEO in November 2024 as former John Lyttle stepped down. Mahmud Kamani is group executive chairman, focusing on long-term strategic direction. Co-founder Carol Kane also remains on the board to lead the vision for “creativity and multi-brand strategy”.
