While the typical Ann Summers customer is a female aged between 18 and 35, over recent years the retailer has decided to home in on its core customer: the 25-year-old. Ann Summers comments that 25-year-olds want value for money. This has led the retailer to adapt its approach, including its pricing strategy, marketing communications and supply chain.
