Vicky says: “For me, the most important part of becoming an ambassador for this programme is having the opportunity to inspire and encourage up-and-coming females moving through their careers.
“I am looking forward to working alongside the Be Inspired campaign to positively support and influence those within our industry.
“Having spent the majority of my career in supply chain – a very male-dominated industry – I understand the importance of young female talent having access to women in senior positions. It’s important that they see what success looks like.
“We need to ensure that we help these women find where they fit within an organisation and work with them to help shape and define their path.”
