Retail Week is launching its biggest ever Be Inspired conference, upping its efforts to develop and nurture retail’s future leaders.
The conference is a boost to Retail Week’s existing Be Inspired campaign, in partnership with eCommera, which aims to equip retail talent with the skills they need to fulfil their potential.
Drakeford joined Ikea as part of the team that opened its first UK store back in 1987. She will share the story of her success at the growing UK business over the past 30 years and tell delegates what she believes are the key criteria for a successful career in retail.
The conference will also feature masterclasses on issues such as leadership skills and ‘the art of blagging it’.
Launched in March 2016, Be Inspired in partnership with eCommera has graduated from inspiring future leaders to proactively developing them with monthly ambassador-led events.
