Rachel leads the Digital Transformation services business for Fujitsu in the UK, inspiring organisations to think and act differently to deliver business, social and environmental impact through the innovative use of technology. Previously Rachel worked in the Workforce and Workspace Service business focusing on workforce transformation and employee experience.
Rachel has had a varied career across public and private sectors and believes that a workforce that is cared for by the orgnaisation will invest themselves in the business which is good for customers as well as employees. Rachel personally invests in this through work as a coach and mentor, including the Future Me programme supporting women in the earlier part of their careers.
