Be Inspired will take centre stage at the 2017 Retail Week Awards with a brand new gong celebrating diversity across the industry.
As highlighted in the Be Inspired campaign, which launched in March, boardroom diversity is increasingly being recognised as a central pillar to business success.
The Be Inspired Award for Diversity in Retail will celebrate the retailer setting industry standards in diversity.
Retail Week will be looking for examples of excellence that have been introduced or achieved over the last 12 months that positions a business as a leader in this field. It is open to retailers operating through any combination of channels.
You will be judged against the following criteria:
- How does the retailer go above and beyond what is expected of normal business practice?
- To what extent has the retailer met its objectives over the last 12 months?
