Alison has founded and managed two fashion incubator agencies supporting start-up fashion entrepreneurs and leaders, and regularly speaks at international conferences about entrepreneurial spirit.
Alison says: “I am thrilled to be part of the Be Inspired programme and have the opportunity to come together with a group of amazing people to support women in retail to fulfil their potential.
