• How many subscribers can we have?

  • A corporate subscription is five users or more. For domain access, you will need a minimum of a 10-person user licence.
• What if we already have some individual subscriptions in our company?

  • We can include these in your new corporate subscription and coordinate a top-up to align their subscription expiration dates.
• How do I renew a current corporate subscription?

• What is domain or IP access?

  • Available for 10+ users. Anyone under your domain can register online and will automatically be upgraded to a subscription, up to the limit of users you have purchased. You can set this up for multiple domains if required.
• What is self-service?
