Virtual steering group (ambassadors only)

Our ambassadors are integral to the Be Inspired programme, and we are constantly welcoming new names and organisations to the ambassador network. This is your chance to meet each other virtually and be inspired by other ambassadors’ personal stories and I&D successes.

The steering group will start with a panel discussion, as two seasoned ambassadors share where they’ll be spending their focus in the year ahead when it comes to progressing inclusivity within their own organisations and across the sector as a whole. Find out the key challenges they’re navigating and the hot topics they believe must be on every retailer’s agenda to progress equality in the workplace. 

The session will then open up to discuss how you think Be Inspired should evolve and how we can help you get the most value out of the ambassador partnership as possible. This is your chance to have your voice heard and shape the content for the programme moving forward.
