Someone that wants to learn new things and doesn’t blindly following a norm. Creativity in whatever they do and a sense of humour is essential. They will also be happy to put their hand up when they make a mistake and will never try to score points at work.

We enjoy what we do and our customers tell us that they love the cards. The net result is that our staff enjoy what they do and they stay with us. We have brilliant staff retention.
How do you ensure your employees have a good work/life balance?
We actively encourage people to leave the building before 6pm and questions are asked if this does not happen.
