Join former Sainsbury’s boss Mike Coupe, retailers Hotter Shoes and Three UK, and Endava, as they discuss the new ecommerce landscape.

Ecommerce has gone through years of change in the past 18 months, with online retail penetration at unprecedented levels.

But how can retailers not just keep up, but stay ahead of the digital curve?

What should your strategy look like? And which technologies should you place your bets on?

To find out, join Retail Week for this virtual panel discussion, Fast track transformation: Creating the new digital experience, in partnership with Endava, at 3.30pm on Tuesday, June 29.

Coupe will be joined on the panel by Three UK director of digital Jon Davies, Hotter Shoes chief commercial officer Victoria Betts, and Endava regional VP of industry acceleration Bradley Howard to discuss:

  • How to deliver a unique online customer journey, from relevant recommendations through to easy navigation, checkout, delivery, and hassle-free returns
  • The role of in-store technologies will play in improving service and blending offline and online journeys
  • How to identify the technologies that will be key for retailers’ success, such as augmented reality, AI to help scale customer support, alternative payment methods and loyalty schemes
  • Being data-driven: using AI and mobile at the front end, as well as data mining and algorithms at the back end to serve up a seamless experience
