Studio poaches Dixons Carphone director to helm trading division

Findel Studio

Studio has strengthened its senior team by appointing Rupert Nichols as its new trading director.

In his new role, Nichols will be responsible for driving new trading opportunities for Studio, while also progressing its purchasing and supply chain strategies.

Nichols joined the value retailer from his role as group buying director at Dixons Carphone. He has previously held positions at Sainsbury’s and DSGi, the former name of Dixons before its 2014 merger with Carphone Warehouse.
