USC unleashes new-look store in Manchester

Fashion retailer USC has revealed a new store environment and logo at its Manchester shop on the back of strong group profit growth.

In the year to January 25, pre-tax profit almost doubled to£4.8 million from£2.8 million a year ago, while sales rose to£67.3 million from£60.8 million in 2002.

The logo, designed by Fitch London, will emphasise the link between the men's and women's offers, following the retailer's shift to being a unisex business.
