German fashion retailer Tom Tailor has taken its first company-owned store in the UK and Ireland at the Junction One International Outlet shopping centre in Antrim.

The retailer operates in 35 countries worldwide already, but will open its first store in the UK in a 4,300 sq ft (400 sq m) unit at the centre in Northern Ireland.

The brand is sold in Northern Ireland through a franchise outlet at Rushmere shopping centre and another that is about to open at Victoria Square in Belfast, but the signing at Junction One is its first standalone store.

The landlord, Junction One partnership, was represented by Rohleder Lumby.
