Grocer wants to move away from uniform approach
Tesco is to introduce different coloured fascias and shopfronts across its Express portfolio to make the stores blend in better with local environments.

The leading grocer wants to move away from the uniform approach it has used to develop its 650-strong Express convenience business and roll out more bespoke looks tailored to each store's community. Outlets on London's Old Brompton Road and Strand will be among the first to get the makeover.

Tesco is to open a further 130 Express stores this year.
