Ecommerce director, Reiss

Dan Lumb

Dan Lumb must have really impressed Reiss, who hired him as its first ever ecommerce director to spearhead a push into online retail. He joined the upmarket fashion retailer in August, and will help drive initiatives such as click and collect as well as international expansion.

Prior to joining Reiss, Lumb helped launch Boux Avenue, the fledgling lingerie business set up by Theo Paphitis. Although he left less than a year after joining, Lumb developed the critical ecommerce offering that Paphitis sees as crucial to the growth of the brand.

Energetic and well respected, Lumb made his name in the ecommerce world at footwear retailer Schuh, where he rose up the ranks from internet manager to head of ecommerce.

At Reiss, Lumb wants to make the most of the brand’s recent high profile, with its links to Kate Middleton. He says his main aim is to “really connect the online and in-store experience and ultimately give the customer every choice of shopping experience”.
