Group multichannel director, Aurora Fashions

In his role at Aurora, Ladha is at the forefront of the fashion retail industry’s push to join its online and store channels for the benefit of customers. Aurora fascia Warehouse is the first to begin a trial of click and collect, which, if successful, could be expanded and replicated within the other fascias.

This role sees him going head to head with his peers at other young fashion brands New Look and Republic, which have both also declared their intention to introduce multichannel services, such as click and collect.

Ladha moved to the role at Aurora in early 2010, after nearly three years as the marketing and operations director of etail pioneer Asos. In his new role, he has the chance to get his teeth into the multichannel challenge that all fashion retailers face - how to integrate the services they offer in-store and online.
