Yodel has hired former Shop Direct Group chief operating officer Keith Basnett to take on the same role at the delivery giant.
Basnett was at Littlewoods-owner Shop Direct for eight years and was previously at N Brown.
He will be responsible for Yodel’s operations and the delivery of over 150 million parcels a year, on behalf of major UK retailers.
