Ted Baker unveiled its revamped flagship in London’s Covent Garden last week with a new store concept themed around the idea of entertainment.

The overhauled womenswear floor plays on a showgirl theme with the first names of classic film star icons such as Ginger Rogers, Mae West and Bette Davis in neon lights.

Art deco detailing is key to the new look, while on the menswear floor a sculpture of spray painted musical instruments decorates the back wall. An oversized trumpet light fixture and a pink velvet covered piano complete the theme.

The men’s formalwear area - which is on the lower ground floor - plays

on the theme of illusion with display cabinets suspended in mid-air and the changing rooms decorated in magic eye wallpaper, complete with 3D glasses for customers to use.
