November launch for global designer range
The Stella McCartney for H&M autumn 2005 collection will be launched at about 400 H&M stores in 22 countries on November 10.

The one-time collection will, according to H&M, reflect the Stella McCartney signature style combining sharp tailoring and cool femininity.

The collection will include a mix of daywear, tailored classics, eveningwear, lingerie and accessories. Inspired by previous ranges from Stella McCartney's main collection, all the items are key Stella McCartney staples reinterpreted for the H&M customer.

'This one-off collection is a 'best of' Stella McCartney. So many people come up to me and say 'I love your designs, but could never afford them'. This collaboration is a great way to speak to a wider audience and let them get to know me and my designs better,' said Stella McCartney.

Stella McCartney launched her label in 2001 as a joint venture with Gucci Group. The brand already includes a successful range of women's ready-to-wear, accessories, fragrance, eyewear as well as a performance range with Adidas.
