Solutions news - QinetiQ's 3D clothing cam

Government spin-off QinetiQ, formerly known as the Defence Evaluation and Research Agency, has developed a low-cost 3D camera, which can be used by clothing stores to map the bodies of customers in changing rooms to give them their true measurements. By using this solution, retailers should be able to keep more of their stock on the rails and cut time in changing rooms.
