Retail property - Loch Lomond Factory Outlet extension tabled

Pathfinder, owner of Lomond Galleries, the re-branded Loch Lomond Factory Outlet Centre, has announced plans for a new retail extension.

A planning application has been lodged for a 26,200 sq ft (2,435 sq m) extension to complement the existing 55,000 sq ft (5,110 sq m) of retail space, housed within the Grade A listed former Argyll Motors car factory.

The space will be accessed via the existing grand central hall, and an additional viewing gallery will be created. Circulation throughout the centre will be improved by the addition of open escalators to upper and lower levels, which will link the new retail area with the existing space.
