Retail Property - ISIS signs three extra tenants for Castle Mall

ISIS Property has agreed three new lettings at its 37,160 sq m Castle Mall shopping centre in Norwich city centre.

Orange Retail has taken 100 sq m on a 15-year lease at£72,500 per annum.

Hawkins Bazaar has taken 175 sq m at£42,000 per annum on a 10-year lease, and Ashton & Powell, trading as Raffles, has taken 65 sq m at£16,500 per annum on a five-year lease.

ISIS Property asset manager Brendan Smith comments: 'These deals are designed to make the most of the space available at Castle Mall. Hawkins Bazaar's presence will increase the attraction at the St Johns end of the centre, and the Raffles deal reflects our strategy of letting external units to business ventures with traditional high street uses.'

ISIS Property, on behalf of Friends Provident Life & Pension, was advised by Douglas Stevens. Francis Darrah acted for Hawkins Bazaar. King Sturge represented Orange.
