Retail Property - Dublin units are ready to let after 10-year delay

After 10 years of negotiations and planning delays, six neighbouring units on Dublin's South Anne Street, off Grafton Street, have finally come onto the market.

Joint agents CB Hamilton, Osborne King and DTZ Sherry Fitzgerald are targeting luxury brands in a drive to establish the location as the Bond Street of Dublin.

The scheme will provide 16,150 sq ft (1,500 sq m) of trading space in six units, with 21,500 sq ft (2,000 sq m) of office space on three floors.

The listed status of the buildings means only one unit is permitted to have a lift installed.

Units range from 530 sq ft to 5,300 sq ft (50 sq m to 500 sq m). The agents are quoting rents based on£300 Zone A.
